The three lead creators in Joyfilled Music are each parents of young children who wanted something exceptionally loving and healing for all of our children.

Our commitment to children: Over 500 of the 2,700 CDs in circulation are donated copies. They are provided primarily through child therapists to children who do not have the financial resources to buy the CD. Groups that have received donations include: Ronald McDonald House, Ministry of Children and Families (for tramautized children experiencing separation anxiety), PACE for women and children, Canuck Place Hospice, Camp Moomba (children with HIV), Callanish as well as through many smaller nonprofit organizations.
